ANNOUNCEMENTS:

1. The ACW has lots of meals for sale. There are many meat pies, soups, lasagna and shepherds pie. If you're interested in purchasing any meals, please leave your contact information with the office or contact Lana to arrange payment and pick up.

2. PLEASE NOTE: Due to Hallowe’en falling on the 31st, the date for this month's spaghetti dinner has been changed to Saturday, October 24th at 5pm. If you would like to donate a dessert, please speak with Monica Cox or drop off a dessert at the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9:30am-2:30pm.

3. Come out to St. Paul's Midhurst on Friday, October 16th at 7pm for Rock n' Roll Bingo. It is sure to be a fun evening and a great way to support our Regional ministry. Doors open at 6:30pm. Everyone is welcome! Bring a friend!

4.   Please join us this Sunday after the service for a special luncheon of appreciation and thanks to our Board of Management. After 5 years of dedication, hard work and faith, they will be finished on October 31, with the Cooperation taking over on November 1.

5.  Join Rev. Andrew on October 20th and/or 21st for Anglican 101. Whether you're new to the Anglican Church or you have been around a while, but have questions, join the group to learn or re-learn the basics of Anglicanism. Hybrid sessions (Google meet/in person) begin on Tuesday, October 20th from 7pm-9pm at St. Margaret's or in person on Wednesday, October 21st from 1:30pm-3pm at the Parish of Craighurst and Midhurst. 6.  Our new 6-week study series Dying with Dignity: Grieving with Hope begins on October 21st. Please join us for open conversations and useful information on Wednesdays at 2pm at St. Margaret's and 7pm at Trinity, as well as Fridays at 11am at Trinity. 

7.     With the weather turning colder, our friends at Compassionate Care Without Barriers are asking for donations of warm winterwear to help our friends and neighbors in the community who are without. Donations of coats, boots, snowpants, hats, mittens, scarves, jogging pants, leggings, and warm socks will be distributed on Friday, October 30th from 9:30am-3:30pm. Donations can be dropped off on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from (;30am-3:30pm through the Collier St entrance. 

This gravestone is in Barrie Union Cemetery. It marks the graves that were transferred from the Berczy Street Trinity Church graveyard in 1947.
